The Company has originated and funded over $71 million in 36 transactions in the nine-month period since its incorporation in April 2002. Almost all transactions were short-term trade related loans. The average loan ranged between $1 million to $2 million across several industries including retailing, textile, power, raw materials, construction, transportation, electronics, etc. Most of these transactions took place in the Central American and Caribbean markets where the Company has strong relationships with leading corporations and financial institutions.
