Mr. Raul Henriquez - President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Henriquez is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business (MBA) and has over 18 years of financial experience. Mr. Henriquez has worked with the Hencorp group of companies since 1984. In addition, during this period of time, Mr. Henriquez has served as Chairman and Director of the Central American Investment Fund as well as Director of the Salvadorian Stock Exchange. Mr. Henriquez has also served as President of Grupo Financiero Capital.
Mr. Felipe Holguin - Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer Felipe has 14 years experience in principal investing, merchant banking and M&A in Latin America and the United States. Previously, Felipe served as a Managing Director of Huron Consulting Group. Prior to this he was a Managing Director and headed the New York office of Latin America M&A and Merchant Banking for Bank of America Securities, where his Group managed a Bank-funded $300 million dollars private equity fund. Previously, he was a Vice President at Salomon Smith Barney in New York in the M&A and Corporate Finance groups, and he was a consultant at the Boston office of the Boston Consulting Group. Felipe has dual BS degrees with High Honors in Manufacturing Engineering and Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Oscar Schaps - Managing Director Mr. Schaps oversees all Hencorp's commodity related businesses including Hencorp Commcor Brazil, and CoffeeNetwork. Mr. Schaps holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of Florida ('86) and has more than 20 years of professional experience. Mr. Schaps joined Hencorp in 1989. Mr. Schaps has served as Director or Committee Member for various international coffee organizations such as the National Coffee Association of America, Pacific Coast Coffee Association, and the Association for Coffee Excellence.
Mr. Hernando de la Roche - Managing Director Mr. de la Roche manages the Hencorp Coffee Group division of Hencorp Becstone Futures L.C. He attended la Universidad de los Andes in Colombia and has more than 20 years of futures industry professional experience. He joined Hencorp in 1989, and played an instrumental role in the development of risk management services to the coffee industry. Mr. de la Roche as a coffee industry expert has been a repeatedly invited speaker to reputed conferences and his work has been acknowledged by institutions such as the World Bank.
